Return & Refund Policy
Return Right

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, without any damage that would affect its second use. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Returns
If you need to return an item due to personal reasons and have not opted for shipping insurance, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

However, during the warranty period, if Mlay SEA confirms that the after-sales issue is due to product quality problems, Mlay SEA will decide to provide replacement parts for free or replace the machine for free based on the product problem. All transportation costs arising from this will be borne by Mlay SEA.

If the damage is caused by improper use by the user, Mlay SEA will provide a solution based on the actual situation after receiving your feedback, and your company will bear the repair and transportation costs.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable such as sale items and gift cards.
