Warranty Policy
Return Right

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, without any damage that would affect its second use. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns&Shipping
During the warranty period, if post-sales issues are confirmed by Mlay SEA to be caused by product quality problems, Mlay SEA will determine whether to provide free replacement parts or replace the entire unit free of charge. All resulting transportation costs will be covered by Mlay SEA. In the event that damages are incurred due to improper usage by the user, upon receiving feedback from customer, Mlay SEA will assess the situation and propose a solution accordingly, with customer responsible for repair and transportation costs.

Any returns or exchanges due to post-sales reasons must be agreed upon by both Mlay SEA and customer company and confirmed by Mlay SEA. They will be conducted according to the return or exchange methods and address specified by Mlay SEA. Mlay SEA will not accept returns made without proper communication and approval. Any expenses arising from such returns, including but not limited to logistics costs, export customs declaration fees, import clearance fees, tariffs, etc., shall be borne by customer company.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable such as sale items and gift cards.
